Product Use Description
Food grade nature acetic acid solution can be used as acidity regulator, acidulant, pickling agent, flavor enhancer, spice, etc. It is also a good antimicrobial agent, which is mainly due to its ability to lower the pH below the pH required for optimal growth of microorganisms. Acetic acid is the earliest and most used sour agent in China.
As a sour agent, it can be used to adjust beverages, canned food.
Commonly used in tomato sauce, mayonnaise, drunk rice candy sauce, pickles, cheese, confectionary products, etc. When properly diluted, it can also be used to make canned tomatoes, asparagus, baby food, sardines, squid, etc., as well as pickled cucumber, Broth soup, cold drinks, and sour cheese need to be diluted when used in food spices, and can be used to make soft drinks, cold drinks, candy, baked goods, puddings, gummies, condiments, etc.
